OINK Pork rinds

Crna slavonska svinja

OINK Pork rinds are prepared from pieces of solid fatty tissue of the Black Slavonian Pig, which are baked for several hours in their own fat. During the entire process, we mix the mass slowly, and the most important thing is that the baking process takes
place slowly at a constant temperature.

When the pork rinds are browned, we add milk and continue mixing. Milk gives the pork rinds a distinctive crispness and caramel color. For meat lovers, OINK Pork rinds are certainly sweeter than candies.

After baking, we take the pork rinds out of the fat and press them to further squeeze out the fat left in them. That is how we get a recognizable crunchy delicacy – the real OINK pork rinds.
