OINK Grilled sausage

OINK Grilled sausage is made from meat that does not go into OINK Kulen, with the addition of solid fat. We salt the meat and mix it with hot and sweet red pepper. Spicy extra kick is provided by small amounts of garlic and intense green peppercorns. The spicy mixture is aged for a day, and then it is ground and stuffed into sheep’s thin intestines.
