OINK Burger

OINK Burger from Black Slavonian Pig is prepared from smoked shoulder and leg, with added fat. While the holes on the grinding wheel are smaller for making sausages, we use a wheel with larger holes for grinding OINK Burgers in order to achieve the ideal texture.

We add garlic, ground white pepper, salt and pea fibers to the ground meat. We mix the mixture well and form burgers of optimal thickness that retain their juiciness when grilled.
